| 1.5 Tblspn | Butter or Margarine |
| 1.5 Tblspn | Flour |
| 1.5 Cups | Milk |
| 1 dash | salt (to taste) |
| 1 dash | pepper (to taste) |
| 1 pinch | parsley or chives (optional) |
| 1.5 cups | Potatoes, cooked and cut into 1/4 inch pieces |
| Directions: | Heat Butter/Flour over medium heat creating a rous. Stir in milk and then add potatoes salt and pepper and cook until thickened (about 10 mins). |
