Creamed Potatoes

A family secret recipe  :-)
 
 1.5 Tblspn Butter or Margarine
1.5 Tblspn Flour
1.5 Cups Milk
1 dash salt (to taste)
1 dash pepper (to taste)
 1 pinch parsley or chives (optional)
1.5 cups Potatoes, cooked and cut into 1/4 inch pieces
 
 Directions: Heat Butter/Flour over medium heat creating a rous. Stir in milk and then add potatoes salt and pepper and cook until thickened (about 10 mins).
